Raw Drop is not cloud storage - it's a media intake tool. Instead of sharing folders or asking clients to navigate complex storage systems, Raw Drop provides a simple one-tap upload experience. Your clients don't need accounts, apps, or technical knowledge. They just tap a link and upload.

Clients can upload: • Photos (JPEG, PNG, HEIC, RAW formats) • Videos (MP4, MOV, AVI) • PDFs and documents • High-quality original files without compression

By default, individual files can be up to 2GB. This allows you to collect high-quality videos and RAW photo files without compression. You can configure custom limits for each Drop Request based on your needs.

Yes, upload links expire based on the expiration date you set when creating the Drop (typically 7-30 days). This keeps your inbox organized and prevents old links from being used. Pro users can create permanent upload links that never expire.

You receive push notifications on your mobile device instantly when clients upload files. You can also see real-time updates in the app as files arrive. Notification preferences can be customized in settings.

Coming soon! We're building download functionality that will allow you to: • Download individual files • Export all files as a ZIP archive • Batch download from the mobile app • All files in their original quality For now, files are stored securely in S3 and accessible via the AWS console.

You can send upload links via: • Email invitations (with customizable message) • SMS text messages (Pro) • Copy & paste the link anywhere (messaging apps, social media, etc.) • Share via your device's share sheet

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation.

All files are stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3, the same infrastructure used by Netflix, Airbnb, and millions of businesses worldwide. Your files are stored in the US by default with optional regional storage coming soon.

Yes. AWS S3 provides 99.999999999% (11 9's) durability, meaning your files are automatically replicated across multiple data centers. However, we recommend downloading important files for your own backups as Raw Drop is designed as an intake tool, not long-term archival storage.
